Marantz 2245 stereo receiver

The Marantz 2245 is a revered stereo receiver from the golden age of hi-fi, introduced in the early 1970s. Delivering 45 watts per channel, it’s known for its smooth, detailed sound and iconic champagne faceplate with a warm blue glow. This was an extensive restoration where i replaced 1.5 lbs of components! new capacitors, filter caps, resistors, transistors, diodes, switch, trimpots, and deox’d pots. lamps were replaced with led, standard calibration to spec, custom pedal pimp Banana plug conversion to speaker input jacks, and a new relay plus flyback diodes added for circuit protection.
