Klipsch kg2 & kg4 speakers
(1982-1992)
Introduced in the early 1980s, the Klipsch KG series marked a distinctive shift in home audio design, blending traditional Klipsch efficiency and punchy dynamics with a more modern, compact form factor suited for contemporary living spaces. These speakers were engineered to deliver rich, room-filling sound without the need for massive enclosures, making them an accessible entry point into high-fidelity audio for a new generation of listeners. With models like the KG2 and KG4 gaining particular popularity, the KG series offered exceptional performance through horn-loaded tweeters, solid cabinetry, and in some cases, rear passive radiators that extended low-end response. They remain sought-after today by vintage audio enthusiasts who appreciate their warm, engaging sound and durable construction.
